Location: Thompson, NY Completed: 2019 Stats: 180 million-plus Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark features An eight-story 324-suite luxury hotel, 8,000-square-foot conference area, retail shops, 200-seat restaurant with an outdoor patio; and a lower level with a 250-seat family buffet restaurant, a sports bar, a lobby bar and a tavern.

Location: Stamford, CT Completed: 2013 Stats: NBC Sports moved its operations into this 200,000 square feet facility. The building has six studios and control rooms, a large newsroom, and dozens of graphics and editing rooms where all NBC sports broadcasts are now based out of.

Location: West Point, NY Completion: 2018 Stats: New construction of a 48 million dollar, 95,000 SF, two story elementary school at West Point, NY that will serve approximately 500 children from Pre-K to 4th Grade.

Location: Orangetown, NY Completion: 2018 Stats: New Practice facility for the NYCFC soccer team. The 25,000 square foot building consists of a one and a half regulation-sized grass field, team offices, space for player rehabilitation and welfare, amongst other amenities.
